The following link leads to a series of thumbnails (larger pictures are downloadable) of pictures taken during a magnificent desert rain storm in Big Bend National Park that occured the first week of June, 2003. I did not have a good digital still camera with me, so these are actually stills taken with my Canon Zr45 digital movie camera and are of rather low resolution. I apologize for the quality of the images, but the amount of water on the desert was just amazing!
